We had a bathroom tub/shower and flooring install for our main bathroom. Anthony Azevedo was our sales rep and was very helpful in finding what we were looking for as well as beating the competition by about 5000 dollars. Materials seemed to be comparable. There was about a 4 month lag time between ordering and installation. We knew this in advance due to material availability. Mike's team conducted the install for us. They were very personable and polite. Answered any questions that i had and overall did a good job. The only issues that we had were loose fittings of the shower components and loose toilet base. Love my new walk-in shower. Anthony helped us create a new bathroom space that is unique and meets all of our needs. John, the installer, was super professional and he and his crew cleaned every bit of dirt and dust before they left. They were there in time and got everything finished faster than we expected.
Several other companies turned us down because they couldn’t make a custom sized pan and they wanted to move walls. Innovative Restorations made everything work. We have used Bath Fitter in the past, but weren’t as happy with the last project they did. Innovative Restorations has a great product. It’s perfect! I would recommend Innovative Restorations.  We contracted them To update the showers in both our bathrooms. The timeframe was 20 weeks out, mostly due to the fact they had to special order one shower pan, due to the size and shape.  They kept their word and updated us every 3 weeks. I could not be more happy with the new bathrooms.  It began with Anthony who presented options and responded to our many questions in a timely matter.  His knowledge of the products was excellent.  He came back after the job was done to check it out and see how it went for us.
It took about two months for our install.  Keenan or Jade called every three weeks as we waited to see if we had questions.  They kept us informed and arrived exactly when they said it would.
The install team, John and Carter, were hard workers and eager to get it right.  There were a few minor issues that they quickly fixed with no problems.
